So I was on LSU campus yesterday waiting on the shuttle. One of their shuttle drivers is a middle aged black man. So he was standing outside talking about Christianity and spreading the word of God. He says, and I quote, "people get mad if preachers get paid, but they don't say nothing when pimps and prostitutes get paid". Y'all, it really took everything in me not to go into a debate with him. I sad there thinking to myself, did he really just compared spreading the Gospel and prostitution? Which just shows how big of a FOOL he is because really and truly, a lot of pastors CAN be compared to pimps and their fucking dumb ass congregations are the prostitutes. Creflo Dollar and Peter Popoff just to name a couple. Like sir, did you really just compare your religion to a "sin"? Because prostitution or whoremongering IS classified as a sin in the Bible is it not? SO you really just admitted that the shit you're preaching isn't that sacred huh? That had to be some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my life. You want to get paid, but when did Jesus get paid to preach? With all this money people are putting in church, what has it gone to other than preacher's pockets? Why are there still homeless people? Why are children still hungry? I really wanted to blow up on him, so I figured rather than cause a scene, this was a good place to rant. Rant over.
