I am not an evangelist for atheism. I am grateful to those who design forums like this one. For those whose life is at stake for being atheist:Be safe. Atheism does not require martyrs.
Being evangelical about it is one point of view. "All it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing" is another. I find these forums can do little or nothing except offer moral support to people who attend them. Few of us (if any) are truly activists, we're just observers or commentators.
One problem is that we don't want to form another tribe as if we're some alternative religion. We're not against religionists but against religion and superstition. Broadly, atheists advocate democratic associations with clear mission statements rather than religions with clerics and dogma; and are for keeping truth discrete from fiction. All atheism means is disbelief in the posited gods and that's virtually all we have in common.
We could support ad campaigns, but in Kurdistan? Atheist Republic could ask them....

Atheist Kurds have been on Facebook since at least 2009.

The answer to your questions, that we cannot "gather" them. They have to come to us as it were. When and if they do, will result in only discussion and maybe advice. There are other organizations that they can reach out to if need be. The "Resources" button at the top of this site is a place to find some help.
This is one such organization: http://www.exmna.org/
Yes, you could contact them on facebook - if you find an english speaking person, you like you can befriend him and invite her here. They could even republish and translate creative common texts and post them (securely) a page for the regional atheists/sceptics, couldn't they?
Perhaps it would be a good thing, to reach out.
Religion is rather aggressive - so the secular party shouldn't just sit and watch and wait, I guess..
