I've been watching various videos/series over the last while and it just appalls me that those police organizations in distress and under review end up having a Christian in charge as if being Christian puts the staff on some kind of moral background. It's usually in an area where blacks predominate and who it's known are typically Christian. I suggest that taking religion out of the equation and putting the Constitution at the foreground would be a better motivator than morning prayer meetings with cops that couldn't care less about God.

I'm Canadian and the current situation in the US scares the hell out of me. I'd like it very much if they'd get rid of the preachers and start using constitutional lawyers as motivators.
