It's pseudoscience. Was around it in the early 70's. It was cute and fun (snark) but I never saw any real, sustained results. It's a lot like prayer...provisioning only a sense of doing something beneficial but, in reality, zippo actually gets done by it.
sigh.Thought it could be real after Derren Brown uses it in one of his show with Simon Pegg.Thanks for your reply
