did you ever think that they might just be understaffed and underfunded? You can't exactly moan and groan about a free service on the internet if you aren't putting skin in the game
Im very much afraid there is no longer any alternative ....Kenny must be banned ......but it must be permanent.
Each time he returns he becomes more and more disruptive....other sites ,I believe somehow use a posters IP Address to permanently ban individuals... but I am afraid I have no idea how it is accomplished.
Can't do it via IP address because of release/renew or private addressing. He comes in under a different email address each persona. So the only way to do it is act on suspicion with the risk of erring.

CyberLN, I realize you are probably only repeating what you've been told, so we can't really hold you accountable, but that is crazy talk. I suggest you ask the administration for a list of every address he has ever used. If they do not have this compiled profile a̲l̲r̲e̲a̲d̲y̲ ̲o̲n̲-̲h̲a̲n̲d̲, then I suggest that no one is even trying.

Forgetting the technical aspects for a moment: When a new user openly admits they are Kenny I'd say the risk of error is 0. However this is exactly what happened, and yet he was allowed to trolls for weeks afterwards. Clearly no one is even trying.

And maybe it is OK that no one is even trying. The forums are only a small part of the Atheist Republic so maybe they aren't worth this effort.

Kenny has been blocked again....for the time being.
All you need to do is show him that you enjoy banning him over and over again.
Then he will come to the conclusion that showing his face again leads to more effort then it is worth.
The harder and more tedious you make it for him to come again the more effective this tactic is.
So IP ban and email ban, both.

Looks like Kenny is haunting us without actually being on the forum.
His user name turned into "(Not verified)", thereby updating all his subject threads and bumped them to the top.
That's a new feature. :)
I do not understand why his posts and topics were not deleted in the first place.
the whole point of making him leave is to make his efforts seems useless.
Deleting everything he does is taken as a given if the objective is to get rid of him with this method.

I'm not sure what this even means. I pointed it out because it was in direct opposition to what you had just posted. Therefore I am confused by that newest post and unable to determine what direction, ultimately, you are suggesting this should go. If you have changed your mind, Okay, say that.
I said that banned people should not get all their posts deleted UNLESS it is a spammer.
Well blasphemy is a spammer.
His posts are all rubbish, and outright not needed.(everybody knows this)

It always amazes me how your bias clouds your judgment.

Yea we agree, hope we agree too on the fact that blasphemy topics or replies are not needed and if there was something that actually contributed was by accident and we can do without it.
This is in the interest of getting him to leave after all.
It s not just about the consistence of some topics, it is about getting rid of a troll that is doing more harm to new topics everyday.
So even if there will be some slight confusion(which i doubt), I still think it is worth doing.
Making him see all his efforts to get attention, go away is important to make him leave.
He lives on attention, remove all the things that give him attention and he leaves for easier forums to get it.
He is still here because of bad administration after all, like a criminal selecting a home where there are no police.
Have reached out to the site admins to find out what happened and get it fixed.

Hmm, I really don't see much of a difference from just pasting the url directly in the text, except that now the url is obscured.

Pragmatic, we're still working on this. Please test out the image attachment now. I've made changes to the format. It should show a thumbnail of the image on the comment/post and can be opened in a lightbox. For the video, we are still checking out the best way to have it on the posts.

I click on the select media, a blank pop up(integrated) comes where there is only one word.
Library, but nothing happens when i click on it.
tried drag and drop and nothing.
How to select a video?, copy paste does not work either.
