I read a lot of theist ideas that the universe is organized and because of that that there has to be a god. Irrespective of the fact that the organization is not clearly defined and that they would have to prove a direct link between a god and the appearance of such organization, I have an observation that may clear up any idea of a controlled pattern of organization.
I want you to imagine a room 100 ft. by 100 ft.
You take a Shark vacuum cleaner and clean the room.
Naturally, you would employ an organized manner to complete the task making sure that you swept the entire room. You might start at one end and sweep back and forth overlapping each row.
But if you just placed a Roomba sweeper in the room and turn it on you would also accomplish the same task. Granted it would take longer but eventually, you would have the same result.
A Roomba employs a random motion that goes straight until it encounters an object. It turns and takes a new direction. Eventually, it covers the entire space. Actually, because of this procedure, it covers the space many times.
So Roomba uses a random process, yet the room gets swept, and it appears that there is organization.
Thus it is with the universe. It appears to be organized even though it is very chaotic and random.

Lovely analogy, mykcob!
The universe is an absolutely insane place, and yet theists will claim it's fine tuned... despite the facts...
1 - Andromeda is on a collision course with us
2 - The sun will eventually die, swelling up and engulfing us.
I've even heard arguement regarding fine tuning that state how the north star is perfectly reliable, despite the fact it's never always been the northern star and it will be replaced by Vega.
I know right?!
The universe is completely random. Nature is completely random, but still, these arguments that there must be a guiding hand in all of it.
Once again, the theists put the cart before the horse. The universe is organized and so there must have been a god doing the organizing.
The problem is that some atheists let them get away with this instead of demanding they PROVE the god exists before trying to tell us what the god does or thinks.
