She is saying that she is special because she listens to her human instincts. She also said something about spiritual but we all know that the word "Spiritual" relates to absolutely nothing in the real world. As far as listening to human instincts goes I wonder which ones she is listening to? Instincts certainly do not require listening to, they are instincts after all.

Perhaps she listens to the instinct to seek food and water. I don't see how that makes anyone special.

Perhaps it is the blink instinct to which she refers. She can blink out facts and evidence faster than it can enter her brain.

Obviously it is not the human instinct of being wary of outsiders that she is touting or she would not be posting here.
