Executive Orders are temporary. The next President can rescind all of the previous President's EOs within minutes of taking office.
But if he doesn't get impeached that gives him four years to do what he likes? He's made so many awful executive orders. Can congress fight them?
I think it may be up to the supreme court. Anybody?

The courts can challenge an executive order, (and they have been, like the muslim ban, and sanctuary cities thing.)
Normally they are rare, but trump is a unique animal..
And like Diotrephes said, the next president can also undo executive orders, just like trump did with a bunch of Obama's executive orders. Normally it is considered bad form by a president, but all bets are off when it is trump.
Congress too can reverse some executive orders if they can prove the president made the executive order under the authority of congress. That almost never happens though.
Executive Orders were mainly used for minor things, such as reviewing pay scales or ordering flags to be flown at half staff. Every once in a while one deals with a major issue, such as the Emancipation Proclamation.
