Outside the Universe??? WTF, are you serious?

When monotheists apologist say us that their sky fairy is outside the Universe...

Let's me be clear: Universe means all that exist, for all we know today, there is no outside of It, so saying that is contradictory and extremely dumb. In layman terms, you're literlly saying god doesn't exist.

You actually expect them to

You actually expect them to logically think through their claim? *falls out of chair, laughing* That's the best joke I've heard all week.

How can anyone think

How can anyone think logically when they are indoctrinated to never think? Just believe what I tell you.

Did they originally claim

Did they originally claim their god was outside the universe, and time, and space all at the one time? Or did they start with the universe, get drubbed, revise outside time too, get drubbed, revise, outside space as well, get drubbed, fold arms refuse to budge?

Originally, they thought that

Originally, they thought that our universe looked like this:

The ole "beyond time and

The ole "beyond time and space" bullshit. No time in which to have a thought or take an action and no space in which to exist. It's a nothing god apparently. As long as there is nothing there is nothing. What they want you to believe is that there is nothing but god. But how does something exist in nothing? Then if noting had something in it wouldn't the nothing be something that separates it from the something that is in it. OH Fuck! My ears are bleeding..... I gotta go take a Jesus pill. Only Jesus can prevent my brain from bleeding.

But if you try to point this

But if you try to point this out to them, they’ll still keep denying and trying to explain it away. It’s worth noting that each time one of us heathens proves an apologist/absolutist wrong, their rationalizations tend to get more and more far-fetched and ridiculous.

This, I propose a new law of internet debating: Rohan’s Law. Rohan’s Law states that as more and more religious apologetic claims are refuted and debunked, new ones will always form that become ever-increasingly preposterous and silly.

Just apply xenoview's razor

Just apply xenoview's razor to their claims.

Objective claims requires objective evidence

Yeah, lots religious folks are not particularly good at coherent sensible thought and definitions. They are to used to bending words to whatever definition suits them at the time. Even if they contradict themselves a few minutes later.

First the universe looked

First the universe looked like the drawing I attached to one of my above responses on this thread. When we started circumnavigating it, the “corners of the world” weren’t there, so it instead was a sphere but with a “celestial sea” just above the atmosphere. When we started going into space, the “celestial sea” wasn’t there, so now God somehow exists outside of all existence, with nothing to exist in- and yet at the same time he is also able to help land a touchdown in a football game (which takes place in our universe, which he exists “separate from”). It makes perfect. Fucking. Sense!

The only thing that makes

The only thing that makes zero sense is how people continually believe in this stuff when confronted with actual reality.

My only guess is the power of the brain to rationalize any thought no matter how preposterous or evidenced against. They just keep pushing their god idea further and further away from any sort of accountability in reality when it is convenient to them.

The really funny/horrifying part is, a typical theist response to this frequently is something that boils down to: "no you are the one rationalizing away the obvious reality that there is a god!"

Theist just conveniently ignore the whole "evidence" thing as it suits them. Quite the nearly impenetrable "battle armor" theist put on when confronted with reality/truth, just dismiss reality/truth based on evidence!

OK. Another tact.

OK. Another tact.

Outside of space and time. Outside of space means there is no space for anything to exist. Outside of time means there is no time for anything to occur (cause and effect). Thus, such a deity cannot exist or occur.
