Did Stephen Hawking really convert to Christianity?

Sadly this was inevitable, and is a shocking indictment of theistic morals. Lets not forget the sadistic Albanian nun known as mother Theresa and her cult members used to posthumously convert those unlucky enough to be in her charge, without consent or even consulting the grieving families.
Sadly some theists are so arrogant and stupid they still view this as some sort of favour they're doing us poor heathens.
What was the name of that avaricious conman preacher who tried to cash in on the Hitch's death by writing an astonishingly duplicitous book claiming he was contemplating becoming a christian in the run up to his death, and was "having doubts about his atheism". Even the wording is a dead giveaway, no atheist would wrongly define atheism in this way. It sounds like Breezy's "do you have doubts about your doubts" thread..
Stephen Hawking happened to be an atheist, and he stated this unequivocally more than once, people should respect his memory enough to leave him the fuck alone after he has died.
It is probably only a matter of time before the mormons baptize him.
