You are all saved!!!!!!
Pope Francis offers hope to faithless, says atheists can go to heaven.
"I start by saying -- and this is the fundamental thing -- that God's mercy has no limits if you go to him with a sincere and contrite heart," Francis wrote. "The issue for those who do not believe in God is to obey their conscience. Sin, even for those who have no faith, exists when people disobey their conscience."
It's a win,win for atheists.
A free pass!
No more religion necessary!

Personally I don't want to go to heaven. That's were all the girls who said no are.
Besides, I'd rather be with my friends.

I love how god changes his mind, wasn't there a fundamental teaching that got so many people killed:
John 3:18
"He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."
I for one, am absolutely thrilled that some guy in a funny hat now allows me to go to a place that I'm very sure does not exist, a place that some people think exist but everyone seems to have a different version of, a place that no one ever have been able to come back from, a place that you supposedly will have to stay in for eternity when loved ones and friends might not be there but are instead tortured for eternity.
yaaay... (try to feel my utter lack of enthusiasm)
This pope is funny though. Changing rules and making statements to the left and right, causing the Christian conservatives to spill their coffee and get hiccups. If he would only remove the rule against condoms as well...
@The Pragmatic,
Not just a funny hat, he wears a dress too!
He has valuable insights, he's god's emissary here on earth and Italy's answer to Bruce Jenner all rolled into one.
But it is nice to see that finally after some 2000 years god decided to stop threatening people who don't believe he exists.
"that God's mercy has no limits"
I don't see it as mercy, more like an apology. and a silent admission of guilt. lol
