This was do to avoid paying taxes on the for profit Ark Encounter. Their also trying to avoid paying property taxes.

It probably would not be financially feasible, but it would be amusing if atheists could acquire the ark encounter and set it up as an exhibit of how ridiculous the flood myth is.
I think that great big boat-shaped wooden building should be torn down and
the lumber should be used to build some apartments for the homeless!
Also, Ken Ham should be hung up in a smoke house and the smoked Ham
could feed the homeless!
