Hi guys. Just wanted to let you all know I have written a novel with atheism as the central theme. Of course, for a novel, the story is all important. WTF is about a 21 year-old soldier who is in love with a devout Christian girl. Much of the atheist perspective is bluntly expressed by his best mate, Steve, who I think is an interesting character, although my agent, a Christian, thought him boorish. My agent also refused to represent the book, which in itself I thought interesting. I know the novel will be perceived as controversial by many, but, in my opinion anyway, if a novelist is afraid of controversy, he or she has no right being a writer. First and foremost I am true to my characters.
Thank you for reading this and I look forward to meeting you all on the forums on various threads. Cheers.

Bought from Amazon for the low price of $3.75, sight unseen. WTF (the phrase behind the TLA) is a very valuable thing to keep in mind. Curiosity killed the religion virus and that is A Good Thing. I'm trying to teach that phrase to my 20 month old granddaughter to the less than enthusiastic support of her mother. :)
