Atheism needs to become more organised, vocal and visible

The problem, I find, is the total blind faith of the religious that are incapable of 'thinking out side the box'. I get annoyed when the religious state all encompassing 'quotes'. They have the assumption that their religion fits all and is for all. I want to disassociated myself from this misguided allegiance; it is to the extent that I find it offensive. Religion is a choice. It always has been. However, the 'texts' and devout followers deem that everyone has to align to that faith, whether you like it or not. To me this is contradictory and is the cause of so much antagonism throughout the world and social media. If you are born into a devout religious family, you have no choice, you are brought up religious.

Atheists should be more vocal about the absence of deities. This should start at school. Children should be told it's ok not to believe in a god. Faith schools don't give children a choice, more over, it is the parents who oppose their child knowing about this choice; I find this offensive. Their should be as many atheist posters as there are religious ones.

I get offended by the religious blindly speaking out and implying I've sinned. What is sin? Progress is made by challenging. Everyone should be treated equally. The dogma that is religion goes against that. The religious are organised and have been so for many a year. Atheism needs to become more organised, vocal and visible to become more effective.
