1. American Pastor Kenneth Copeland led a service over last weekend in which he literally blew at the camera, pretending to be blowing at the coronavirus, and stated, “I blow the wind of God on you. You are destroyed forever, and you'll never be back. Thank you, God. Let it happen. Cause it to happen." He then started chanting with his entire megachurch, "Wind, almighty, strong, south wind, heat: burn this thing, in the name of Jesus. I say, you bow your knees. You fall on your face."

2. Hulk Hogan, an old American wrestler for WWE, is encouraging people to turn to faith during the coronavirus pandemic. Using Instagram, he suggests that we may not need a vaccine after all. He says, ''Maybe we need to take this time of isolation from the distractions of the world and have a personal revival where we focus on the ONLY thing in the world that really matters. Jesus.'' Hogan had been fighting in court to prohibit the use of a sex video he made years earlier and has now reached a “confidential” settlement.

3. After the San Joaquin County Health Department told the Cross Culture Christian Center church it had to shut down, police issued a cease and desist order. When the church ignored the order and decided to keep gathering, the landlord of the church property changed the locks. The members still plan on meeting as they find their church gatherings as “essential”.

4. A government hospital in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district is under fire after refusing to admit a pregnant woman because she was Muslim. She was sent to a different hospital and while on her way in an ambulance, she delivered the baby and her baby died. Her husband said, “As I was taking her in the ambulance, she delivered the child, but the baby died. I hold the administration responsible for my child's death."

5. Reverend Bill Millen, a self-proclaimed “Televangelist for Trump”, disagrees with Pat Robertson’s statement that the coronavirus is God’s response to the Supreme Court’s ruling on gay marriage. He says that God is indeed punishing us with the virus, but not because we allowed gay marriage, it’s because we impeached Donald Trump. “Gay marriage is bad, sure, but nothing is worse than basically telling God you’re impeaching his guy,” Millen insisted.

6. Vallabh Kathiria, chairman of Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog, said that the consumption of cow urine has risen to about 6,000 liters a day in response to the coronavirus outbreak. Not only are people drinking urine, but it’s being used as a body spray to “keep the malicious microbes away”. Some people in the area believe cow urine prevents illness and cures many issues in the body. Last month, a group in Delhi threw a cow urine drinking party to highlight its “healthy benefits”.

7. The High Court of Australia has overturned Cardinal George Pell’s conviction of child abuse and he walked out of court a free man. In December he was found guilty of sexual penetration of a child under the age of 16 and four counts of committing an indecent act in the presence of a child. He was to serve six years in prison but now says he holds no ill will towards his accusers. "The High Court found that the jury, acting rationally on the whole of the evidence, ought to have entertained a doubt as to the applicant's guilt with respect to each of the offences for which he was convicted, and ordered that the convictions be quashed and that verdicts of acquittal be entered in their place," the judgement read.

8. In publicized data from all countries, most are reporting that the coronavirus is affecting men and women at an equal rate. In India and Pakistan, however, the virus is infecting way more men than women. The Health Ministry in India claim 76% of reported cases are men, and in Pakistan it’s 72%. Giridhar Babu, an epidemiologist associated with the Public Health Foundation of India said, “It’s possibly more reflective of employment trends in India. Women are much less likely to be travelling for work internationally from India.”

9. Religious heads and prominent leaders are being called to hold meetings to battle against the spread of Covid-19. The Chamba district, which holds the second highest Muslim population in the region, is trying to combat social discrimination by joining all religious leaders to peacefully combat the coronavirus. People from areas with high infection rates are being met by discrimination that has driven one man to commit suicide.

10. Brazil’s President, Jair Bolsonaro has written to India’s Prime Minister Modi asking for help by providing Brazil with hydroxychloroquine. In an attempt to link their religions as a call to emotion, Bolsonaro said in his letter to Modi, "Just as Lord Hanuman brought the holy medicine from the Himalayas to save the life of Lord Rama's brother Lakshmana, and Jesus healed those who were sick and restored the sight to Bartimeu, India and Brazil will overcome the global crisis by joining forces and sharing blessings for the sake of all people,"
