Message: The tattoo holder is from such a country where atheists aren't safe at all. The ruling govt. is supposed not be willing to keep our rights. Within last couple of years, couple of freethinker including writers, atheists, secularists have been hacked to death brutally. No proper judgement made yet, rather these murders are justified into religious standard.
