You don’t finding meaning by searching for it; you create it yourself.

I have never felt the need to go looking for purpose or meaning in life.

It was always there.

All you have to do is care.

Care about yourself, about people, about the well being of family, friend and everyone else on the God-forsaken planet. Care about expressing yourself, using your intelligence, your talents, your ability to love and be loved, for the greater good.

That caring comes from within. Or it doesn't.

What happens if and when you just don’t care? Well then, your life may in fact not mean that much to you during those times. And you either get past that or you don’t.

I find prayer helps. Just kidding. What helps is to try hard to find someone or something to care about.

There are millions and millions of things to care about. Some people want to spend their lives searching for cures to terrible diseases, or to eradicate poverty; for some, it’s vitally important that the Broncos win the Super Bowl.

I like what Auschwitz survivor Viktor Frankl said: You don’t finding meaning by searching for it; you create it yourself.
